Dear Leigh Anne and RUF friends,
We have been praying along with you for Dustin and all of you. My heart is heavy because of the seriousness of the situation, but I am hopeful because we serve a God of miracles. I am sorry that I have not gotten to know all of you all better in the short time that you have been here. However I think a lot of Rob Hamby and RUF. We will continue to pray for you all and the Great Physican’s hand to move on Dustin. Not only have my personal friends, BCM and my church (FBC Mauldin) been praying for Dustin, but the South Carolina Baptist Convention is praying for him and you all as well. We will continue to pray.

Though we don’t know you personally, we are praying for you all from down here in Fla. We are standing with you in faith for a full recovery. May God continue to hold all of your hands during this time. I can’t even imagine your pain. I praise God that you know Him and the blessing of His promises. Leigh Anne,

We have been praying for you all since we heard of Dustin’s accident. I am so grateful for these updates, and especially for your note on Monday. We love you, and are here to help. Tony will have a new group of passes as of Jan. 1, so let us know if your family has any transportation needs. They are available for your use. Leigh Anne, we’ll be praying specifically for wisdom, clarity, and peace for you and comfort for Jacob, Nathan, and Meredith. God has allowed your family to touch so many lives with the love of Christ, and then to witness the Spirit prompting even those who don’t know you to pray for your family, is more than I can comprehend. What a loving God we serve. I thought of you today as I read Ephesians 1:16-23 and considered “the immeasurable greatness of His power toward us who believe…” We continue to ask the Lord to heal Dustin and to pour his comfort and grace over you and the little guys.

I have posted a comment before, and wanted to let you know of our continued prayers and also for some direction regarding Dustin’s care. My sister is the Chief Clinical Care Officer for Kindred Healthcare in Denver, & it is her husband that is in a similar condition as Dustin. There is a Kindred Healthcare in Charleston, and they specialize in just the sort of care that Dustin may now need. Please don’t hesitate to email me so that I can pass on the details. My sister is praying for Dustin as well, and would welcome the opportunity to help him find the healthcare that he needs.

I just prayed for Dustin and the family. Though I don’t know the family, I know people who do and have been following this situation closely. Thank you so much for the thoughtful and God-exalting updates! They have comforted and encouraged me! May God bring healing to Dustin.
